"I had an amazing time on my trip to the Cologne Christmas Market with “Ishaan Tours”!The tour agency was friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for a great day. The bus was clean and well-equipped, with a toilet, mobile charging points, and great music on busOur tour guide, Pooja, cooperative, and provided us with helpful maps and information about the Cologne Christmas Market. Pooja kept us engaged with fun activities, ensured our safety, and regularly checked in with each passenger.Improvement:1- Bus Toilet could have been cleaned for the return trip.2- Halt for 15min in return trip.Overall, I'm so glad I chose Ishaan Tours for this experience.

It was a nice experience. I was a solo traveller at first but my friend also joined for this one day tour. The tour guide and coach captain Pooja and Eshwar were helpful and lively thereby keeping it a fun filled day. The coordination was smooth and easy to understand and the time was well maintained by Ishan tours team and fellow travellers too. Will recommend it to all especially those who are alone and are at times contemplating whether to go or not on such trips.

Tour was amazing....support at the time of booking was really good , faced challenge on the website for payment but executive from Ishaan tours really helped. Tour started exactly on time with clear instructions provided to us about boarding point so no confusion. A common whatsapp group was also created for efficient communication for the group.Tour coordinator Pooja is very engaging , her energy is infectious and she really took good care of us through out the tour. Arranging tea for everyone, playing Antakshari on the way really kept the journey interesting. It was really fun specially for a solo traveller like me....would definitely recommend Ishaan tours in Future.

Brugge Tour: The tour commenced in the morning, and our bus departed promptly from the designated meeting point. The journey to Brugge took around 3.5 hours, which flew by thanks to the comfortable seating and engaging commentary from our guide (Ms. Pooja). They provided insights about Belgium's/Brugge's history and culture, which set the perfect tone for our visit (addnl perks: Tea and biscuits served in the bus). As an ice breaker, Ms. Pooja introduced a few games in the bus (tongue twister and the famous anthakshari), was amazing to see the engagement.Our guide gave us a brief orientation and some recommendations on where to explore and what to try. We had 5 hours to explore the city.Overall, the bus day tour to Brugge was an excellent choice for experiencing this beautiful city in a short time. The organization, comfort of the bus, and the chance to explore such a magical place made it worthwhile. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Brugge without the hassle of planning and navigating on their own. I left with lasting memories and a desire to return to this charming city one day!

Very good experience.We felt safe in Eshwar(driver) driving. Pooja(tour leader) is good and she entertained with anthyakshari. It was great experience with Ishaan travels.

It was awesome trip to Switzerland with Ishaan tours, specially the tour leader Pooja is very caring and takes special care of the small children and old aged people. My parents who recently came from India really enjoyed the trip. Thank you. I recommend this to everyone.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing three different short day trips with Ishaan Tours and every time they exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and incredibly enjoyable.The booking process was quite straightforward and efficient. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome immediately.The itineraries were well-planned and balanced, and we never felt rushed and had ample time to explore all the locations and took photos. The transportation provided was also comfortable and punctual.Ishaan Tours went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a memorable experience. Little things, like providing snacks and tea, made a big difference.Overall, I highly recommend Ishaan Tours. I highly recommend Ishaan Tours. My first trip with them was incredibly easy and well-organized. I want to give a special shoutout to the travel coordinator, Pooja, and the bus captain, Ravi, along with another bus captain who were all very nice, punctual, and cooperative. Regarding the food, they provided light food during lunch and delicious meals during travel, especially the dinner arrangements at good restaurants. Throughout the three-day trip to Switzerland, they covered all the major attractions. Families with children of all ages, including parents, were present, and there were no issues. Despite falling ill during the tour, I received full support from the team. They excel in every aspect, so they deserve a 5-star rating👍
