Is the coach comfortable?
Yes. We use comfortable long-distance touring coaches equipped with air conditioning and an emergency onboard washroom.
How is seat allocation arranged?
Seats are assigned in order of booking with minor changes. Seat preferences cannot be requested. This also applies in cases of medical reasons, children, or elderly passengers. Only travelers who book premium front seats are guaranteed specific seating.
Can I reserve a premium front seat in the coach?
Yes. During booking, you can select a Premium Front Seat:
• 1st row: €25
• 2nd row: €20
Seats are limited and subject to availability.
What language are the trips conducted in?
All our tours are conducted in English.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations and changes are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Does the coach have Wi-Fi?
Not all coaches are equipped with Wi-Fi. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Does the coach have a washroom?
Yes, our coaches have an onboard washroom for emergency use only.
I am late. Can the coach wait?
No. The coach will depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.
If you miss the departure, you may travel to the next pick-up point at your own expense.
I missed the coach. Can I get a refund?
No. If you miss the coach, no refund will be provided.
Are your tours comfortable for elderly people?
Yes, most of our tours are comfortable for elderly guests and visiting family members from India.

I have booked. What happens next?
Approximately one week before departure, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and tour information.
Can 3 people stay in one room?
This may be possible based on availability. Please contact us before booking.
Can more than two adults stay in one room?
Family rooms may be possible depending on the hotel. Please contact us upfront before booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each traveler may bring one suitcase 15kg and one small hand bag. Please avoid excessive luggage due to limited coach storage space.
Are seats assigned?
Yes, seats are asigned. You can also reserve Premium Front Seats (subject to availability).
Do I need a passport and visa?
A valid passport and required visa/residence permit must be physically present during the tour in case we cross the Dutch border.
Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend having valid travel insurance. Ishaan Tours is not responsible for personal losses, medical expenses, or unforeseen events.
