Cancellation
When you cancel a reservation for any reason, the following conditions apply.
We charge the following amounts by cancellation
- Up to 6 weeks before departure €15 per booking.
- Up to 4 weeks before departure 50%.
- Up to 2 weeks before departure 75%.
- Within 2 weeks before departure 100%.
If you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days of cancellation.
We advise to have an travel insurance who can cover the cost by cancellation!
Minimum participants
All our trips have a minimum number of participants. If the number of participants is too low, we reserve the right to cancel the tour in question. In that case, we will refund the full amount within 5 working days.
Change of booking
You can change your reservation till 24 hours after booking.
After 24 hours there might be administration fees of €35,-
Luggage
Ishaan Tours is in any case not responsable for the loss or damage of your luggage during any tour.
